ABOUT VICKY'S OF SANTA FE:
Vicky’s of Santa Fe, on the dining scene in the desert since 1989, offers old-world adobe architecture, Mexican pavers, high ceilings, three separate dining rooms and a piano bar to create an inviting atmosphere.
The memorable cuisine is the restaurant ‘s main attraction. Vicky’s is known for generous portions of good quality food such as whole rotisserie chickens, 16-ounce New York strip steaks, 16-ounce center cut veal chops and rack of New Zealand lamb.
All of Vicky’s New York strip steaks, prime rib steaks and filet mignon are Nebraska corn-fed. Vicky’s also offers battered or sauteed tiger shrimp and a variety of fresh seasonal seafood complemented by local seasonal produce.
Groups frequently use the private banquet room, which seats up to 100 people, complete with a grand piano and movable dance floor.
